Caroline bosley
FounderCaroline Bosley is the founder and head coach of The Vocal Society. She helps singers use their voices with intention and freedom, whether they're leading worship, recording in the studio or walking into an audition.
Caroline coaches like a personal trainer: she starts with your goals, then builds a weekly "workout" plan for your voice, with targeted exercises for strength and control and songs to put that work to use.
After years of piano and voice lessons, Caroline didn't find real vocal freedom until she received intentional, technical training herself. The change in her range and control as a worship leader was so dramatic that she built her own method around it, the method every Vocal Society coach now teaches.
Andrew kennedy
associate coachAndrew trained with Caroline for six years before joining the coaching team. He brings 18 years of musicianship across multiple instruments, theatre, and corporate and wedding bands, plus 13 years of worship leadership.
Andrew has led worship in churches and ministries across Texas, Georgia and Oklahoma. From 2021 to 2023 he toured with FRVR FREE, leading worship at conferences, camps and retreats, and he still leads in those spaces across the country. From 2024 to 2026 he served as a worship pastor in Tulsa, developing vocalists, empowering musicians and building a culture of discipleship and pure worship.
Now Andrew helps singers and worship leaders sing like they truly believe every word, with power, confidence, conviction and control.
Courtney caldwell
associate coachCourtney brings years of vocal experience, with a background in choir and musical theatre and a current focus on worship leadership. She is a respected contract vocalist in the DFW area and sings at Community Life Church, where she's trusted with several leadership roles: team lead for the Rockwall campus youth, student worship mentor, songwriting, the CLife Young Adults Collective, Sunday services and large church events.
Courtney loves encouraging singers to shine in their gifts and find confidence in their calling.
